Gym

I have joint the gym club! I'm 650 broke now, errr..not really.
By the way, blog does helps! Hubby sponsored most of it ^_^

55 per month, not that bad right, honey?

From now onwards, I have to get used to papaya, watermelon, mango, rambutan etc.....

我们又要找新室友了

Housemate 是叫室友吗？

他要回国了。他是在四月搬来的。他说有紧要的事情，它必须在下一个星期就走。
依照合约，它必须在一个月前通知我们才对。

虽然你给不够一个月通知，按照合约你还是需要付这个月的租金，对吗？

因为我们这几天都很忙，没有遇见他。几天前，我们写了一封email给他。告诉他必须付的租金，还有如果他在这时期找到别人租的话，他就不必亏那么多。

后来，他回复说合约没说要是给不够一个月前通知他需要付其余的租金。这对他不公平。他还提醒我们在几个月前，有四天因为水库坏了，我们没有水的供应，应该得到赔赏。他后来觉得无所谓是因为我们有尽力通知屋主，然后也把它修好。

水库坏了不是我们可以控制的。我们也没水用啊！他还说要是他住到月尾，那房子是属于他的，我们不能给别人看！那我们就亏更大了。他说要他付一个月的租是不合理的。那等于不合理的罚款。他还说给多一百元我们来补赏。

他妈的！他那到底是什么道理？一个月通知的条例就是避免有此类的事情发生。要不然这条例要来干么？那合约就没意义了。我们很客气的回复他， 也解释那合约的条例。

谁知道，他又回复说他觉得合约没意义因为当水库坏了，他得不到赔赏。因为经济下滑，他说租太贵。他还教我们要把租金降低。然后还说，我们把房子租给他，那是我们的生意。我们就应该要有风险！

实在太好笑了！我们的风险是在他月满后找不到人租，而不是租给一个不给租金的人！

我们也懒得理他了。只回复说如果他在那么的在意得不到赔赏，我们也可以斤斤计较。他的女友每个星期四住到星期天。我们没有算一分钱。一个星期七天，她住四天，那算很多吧！水费，电费，租金，我们没要他多缴。

我不明白为何有这样的一个人。难道他没有羞耻心吗？

我仲是不明白为何有些人老是崇拜西方人？在这世界上，不管他是什么人，都会有品质坏，态度差，和没道德的人。我指的不是只有我的室友，之前我们也见识过更夸张的事情。

如果你认为洋人是特别的热情，友善，和蔼可亲，那你就太太太太太天真了！！！！

I wanna join the Gym

Crunch Fitness is a 5 star boutique health and fitness club. I've been there a couple of times.



Hubby has joint the club half a year earlier as his company has got sponsorship on it. I want somebody to sponsor me too! I have yet to join one.

Recently, the gym centre is having promotion. Registration fee has been reduced from 350 to 99 and annual membership fee from 730 to 550. For A YEAR!!!

As I grow older, I do feel exercise plays an important part in our daily life. You would literally feel the obvious differences. Not only do you feel more energetic but also look younger. Yes! Younger!

I used to join Fitness First in Malaysia but rarely worked out at the club after a while due to the heavy workloads I had back then. Fitness First and Crunch are quite different. In fact, very different. Especially the changing room. A-Huh!!! You knew what I'm talking about.

Tourists are paying to see shows in Thailand but I can see it for free here, in Dublin gym club. I have seen many times, many ways and many races! In the female changing room, they will just strip in front of you; applying lotion in naked; shaving - you name it, I’ve seen it. You might think it's such a pleasure to view all this. Believe me, NO.



How to put this in words? Hmmmm….

Papaya, apple, orange, mango, watermelon….
What about the other private part? Jungle? Oh, I don’t even wanna think about it.

I did discuss this with some friends here in Dublin and their response would usually be “Hell, no! I won’t do that in front of strangers.”

Oh, then where are these people come from?

Oh ya, guess what? The glass door of the shower rooms are actually tranluscent. Visible, baby! I feel so embarassed when I first showered in the shower room. But after a few times, I'm getting used to it now. Nobody would bother to look at you.

After talking nonsenses, do you think I should join the gym club?

Home Alone

Hubby went for company summer outing. I'll be home alone! Woohoooo...party!

Don't get me wrong, not trying to be naughty.

So sad! I only manage to finish 75% of the paper.

I'm so gonna fail the paper!

But I've tried my best! Seriously!

I went to lectures..I started my revision like more than 2months ago.

Every night after work...

Every weekend...

And the full 2weeks study leave I have..

There is nothing I could do now! 等死！

It's over now.

Anyway, Nelson and I are going to Prague, Czech Republic later!
